Q: Do you make custom charms?

Q: How will my charm be packaged?

A: Each charm will arrive in a small colorful pouch.  Gift boxing is availavle for an additional $3 per item.

Q: How will you ship my order? And how soon will I receive it?

A: My default shipping method is Domestic First Class mail will be shipped with delivery confirmation and are NOT insured (to keep the cost to you low).  Once shipped I can no longer be responsible for the package, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery once the item has been placed in the mail.  For orders shipped to the US, you can also choose Priority mail (2-3 day delivery) or Express mail (1-2 day delivery).  Please note:  these delivery times apply once the order has been shipped.  Depending on my workflow, it may take up to 5 days for me to complete your order.  Please contact me before your order if you are in a rush.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, but once your package leaves my hands, I can no longer be responsible for it.  If your package doesn't arrive, I will not be able to refund your order or reship the item(s).  Trackable shipping is very expensive compared to the cost of the charms.  If you would like to upgrade to a shipping service that is trackable, please contact me ahead of time and I will set up a custom listing for you.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A: If you are not happy, I'm not happy... Please contact me immediately and we will work things out.  Personalized charms and shipping charges however, are non-refundable.  MISTAKES HAPPEN:  If I make a mistake on your personalized charm, I will gladly make a brand new one for you. If the mistake is NOT mine, I'm sorry, but I cannot replace it free of charge. Please contact me and we can work it out.
